Meet the founders…

Born and bred in the Caribbean’s vibrant culture, rich potential and transformative possibilities, Oliver Jordan and Rawdon Adams have deep ties and extensive networks in the region understanding it far beyond business metrics.

Their CSA partnership emerged from common experiences abroad and at home in the Caribbean. With over 30 years of regional expertise and 35 years in Canadian, UK, and French markets they bring global perspective to local context. CSA leverages this international experience while recognizing that Caribbean success hinges disproportionately on who you know as much as what you know.

The founding team has expanded and been greatly strengthened with the presence of Mark Hassell and Adrian Padmore as Directors. Together, the team is committed to unlocking the region's immense potential one strategic investment at a time, supporting sustainable development and celebrating the unique spirit of the Caribbean.
